I happened to capture this spider when I was at Tu Hieu pagoda last Sunday morning. Pagoda-goers as well as tourists were everywhere in this Zen monastery; however, the spider didn’t care. She was weaving a wide web to catch any prey which was unlucky enough to get stuck in her trap. She did not get anything but a tiny yellow leaf. I wondered if she might have it for her breakfast instead. Who knows? :D
