The following game was made by fans of their fav games and cartoon. In no way or form they are making profit off of it. These guys are just making this game from the love of their fav games and cartoons. All of the characters featured in this game are made from 100% scratch.
Card Wars is a well made fan made fighting game made by two hispanic fans and the game features characters from many popular anime's and games. All of the characters are made from scratch unlike many other fan games. From the vids I saw, the game looks very promising and very fun. The game hasn't came out yet, so you'll just have to wait and check back to see any info of the games beta release (which won't be anytime soon). (source: Unknown)
