MY Blue Fairy from the show my favorite age 4. Brigid was 14 here. She was Salome in King of Kings BTW.

that was one television childrens program in Chicago in the 1950s. The girl dressed as the Blue Fairy was Brigid Bazlen, age 14. She read stories. It was magic to me, I was about 4. Then the Micky Mouse Club was the biggest thing too, and Howdy Doody which I hated but it was on the same time as Garfield Goose and Friend starring Frazier Thomas, so I watched that. When my kids were little it was Sesame Street, but when THAT started I was already 11.
