This sucks. I am in the grieving process as most of you also are experiencing. I just found out as have had modem issues for a few weeks and just got back online. I guess I will try blogspot or blogger, as I have 2 free wordpress blogs I can't sign into - they have stepped up the process of sign in so far as it is over my head. You can't set up the second step of authentication unless you are logged in and you can't log in unless you have that message sending piece in place. Screw 'em. Freewebs or Webs.com I have 2 sites, bird-related, but it is a different type of thing - you create a page at a time, 20 for the free sites. Know nada about blogger or blogspot but they are popular so may take stuff over there, depending upon their size allotments - be nice to combine both ICU109 and flapper1 but probably have to pay for that and on fixed income I am on the line with expenses right now - just ordered a new laptop. Compaq keyboard is toast, this HP won't update Photoshop CC even after uninstall and attempt to clean reinstall. Try and work Photoshop with no keyboard. I know I can get the USB keyboard out but the guy in the back uses it for the PC as he trashed the other keyboard spilling stuff on it and dropping tobacco all over it and cornbread and cracker crumbs. I know, I get what I pay for. So I'm paying for a quad core with a larger screen since I am having problems focusing in more ways than one. 2 Dec is the delivery. It is a Gateway, only choice I had with my online store account, as I don't use credit cards at all. So on to explore blog alts. Andre, you have been good to me and I thank you - big bow and pat on back for you good work. This has been home to me, was upset when I filled up and overfilled my space allotment here on ICU109 and had to continue on to /flapper1 in my.opera...Have friends, family to me, in almost 100 countries. Where the hell you gonna get something like that? Opera has brought the world to someone who stays at home. I have enjoyed this past few years. I realize more than half my albums on ICU109 and then continuing on /flapper1 are my composites, showing my learning curve from first layer upon layer to what I am doing now - storing my work in photo folders by month. The past year is on my.opera.com/flapper1 in case you haven't noted that yet. I made videos of the past few months of the work and put them on my YouTube channel
https://www.youtube.com/user/icu109 for you to see.
I guess if anyone would like to follow me wherever I end up, I'll repost another blog once I figure it out. Least we have awhile yet. Best, Cheers, happy times, kat
