opera bug and an anatomy of a lunch

,

opera's add a picture to your post is showing the community home page srollable instead of uploading pictures as they used to so you have to read more and click on the picture's address in new photo blog called food.
why can't those monkeys just leave things... leave well enough alone. now they've tweaked it out of order.

o.k. so now it's working.... too tired now to do the pictures properly.... tune in again tomorrow for a prettier post.
no... it's broken again.... funny it let me add the screen shot. then i tried to change one picture and the same thing happened. well, tomorrow is another day.

anyway, welcome to lunch everyone.

here is a perfect lunch for all the vitamins and

minerals you might need to go off and dig a few

ditches or pick 90 bushels of apples.

add a little olive oil seasoned salt and pepper,

mayonaise and a dab of sour cream to the salmon.
then chop up a scallion and half a large celery stick.

mix it all up.
take the juiced apples and a pear with an inch of

fresh ginger. put that into the blender. add an egg,

soy milk, yogurt and your favorite power powder, like

superfood. add two ice-cubes and mix.

now you have a sandwich and a drink. eat two garlic

stuffed olives and some home made pickles.
skip desert because with the avocados (i got this off

the tree in my back yard).

don't have the garlic if you are planning any close conversations.

if you're not going to do some hard work... walk for two

hours or climb a hill.

isabel,
lunch may not be as interesting as philosophy, art or religion, but food is one of the few 'real' pleasures in life, don't you think?

eh rune, what a cute pair of smileys... thanks for dropping in for lunch. i could swear i said this yesterday. but it's gone.

pfelelep, in your case, it puts you almost out of business. i would complain, but i don't know where to complain. i have difficulty with forums... so much reading to get anywhere. i trust that the problem is an opera glitch and i am sure that if you had the same problem, others do too.

let me know if you learn anything about this. i'm a 'show and tell' person. i'm going to try a little show and tell blog post later today about the property i have been watering all summer and see if it works again.

it's so elusive, the way it let me publish the screenshot and not the big anatomy picture i spent so much time labeling so it would be legible. oh well... enough.

I liked the name you gave: "anatomy of a lunch"

I felt as in a lab with some corpses of chickens, pigs, and others... studying... and preparing with some others ingredients!

b... glad you picked up on the idea. i had a more ambitious image in mind with all the ingredients picture. photoshop is not my forte' though.

my plan was to have arrows and lines going to little lines like "i made these pickles myself", see recipe below. or it's better to use fresh salmon, just poach eight ounces" etc.

my eyes got tired and my frustration with photoshop did me in.

Scott, dont feel frustrated. Keep in mind that the real talent you have.

Imagine those people who just depends on the photoshop to create something??

You dont need it. You're a real artist!

beatriz... you're quite right.... i do so much prefer dipping my brush in something squishy and using my whole body, mind and heart. it's more natural.

yes, it is! I'd like to know make some art... I dont know draw, I dont know paint... sculptures?? never tryed...

I just can appreciate it!

b. maybe you should try... it can be very fulfilling and enjoyable. at first you feel like you are doing badly but you concentrate on playing with it... practice drawing a lot and soon you will be satisfied.

then you can paint what you love.

I've tryed some times ago, but my problem is that I'm very self-critical!!

I used to write a lot. poems, articles and also a book.

I never wrote again. I dont know. Maybe I need some inspiration.
