it's so easy to lose your balance in life as it flows so fast.
anyone is likely to do something they will be ashamed of.
that is why i never blame anyone.
there is nothing to forgive except the whole picture... all of life, all of consciousness and the lack of consciousness. history and the future are not factors here. only the moment.. the critical present where all the forces engendered fight for supremacy.

the balance of an ordinary man is always at risk when emotions rule the moment.
to work to maintain a quiet presence of mind no matter what occurs
is to find the independent self and ipso facto, freedom.
knowing this, one enters into action fearlessly seeking to command only one element, the self;
undeluded and de-hypnotized from the power of pressing conditions.

evilness is not bad. It's just a part of people, unavoidable.
Trying to force it out of you just brings fear and sadness.

You are constant in your thought, Scott. I appreciate it. Even if I blieve in both goodness and evilness outside my own consciousness, one of the most important work must be to "strive for consciousness". But I am happy that I can start loving God's creation before I have reaced a certain level of consciousness. :love: :knight: :ninja:

yes. just see, don't make judgements. watch your state change. sensation of being in your body is the best attempt. breathe naturally. be still otherwise and be quiet.

i am with you in loving god's creation. searching for a clean relationship to existence obviates evil. we can either grow into monsters or saints. who is watching this process. who's at the wheel.
what leads me to live in harmony with the world.
