Greek Lamb Chops:
*****************
These lamb chops are loaded up with great flavor. Marinate them longer for tenderness and grill them hot and fast.
INGREDIENTS:

* 4 lamb chops
* 1/2 cup olive oil
* 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
* 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon black pepper

PREPARATION:
Combine olive oil, vinegar, mint, and garlic in a small bowl. Mix well. Pour into a resealable bag and add lamb chops. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Preheat grill. Remove lamb chops from marinade and season with salt and pepper. Place on hot grill and cook for about 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done.

It sounds delicious! I'll try it soon and let you know how it turned out!:chef:
I made the stroganoff a few more times, one time I did it with stewing beef in the pressure cooker. It was very tender.

good idea, the pressure cooker. i don't have one. but i'm thinking it would work with a crock pot. the stroganoff is best with beef, that's for sure.

We like to use the pressure cooker because we can get the cheap cuts of meat and it comes out amazingly tender. I did a roast the other night that we couldn't even cut because it kept falling apart.
