i pulled a muscle in my shoulder yesterday. so, i am behind in my watches... hang in there... one of those nagging pains that i can't aggravate at the computer....

thanks all for your well wishes. i joined the ymca and i'm going to swim gently in a nice warm pool. physiotherapy.
