Hi Scott, looks like you had a nice day... in a beautyful landscape... with interesting experiences... and a lot of sun and water. I could be a bit envious (because we don't have the sea or a lake nearby our place).

Greetings
Elke

Very nice, too bad sounds could not be added as well. I remember being at the beach in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. and the sounds of the waves crashing against the shore was absolutely enchanting. It can not be compared to anything else, along with the sea gulls and children playing.

Hi Scott,
Very nice pics . They look quite peaceful and great scenery. Reminds me, that I have to get down to the beach myself.

Regards,
Marcus

Scott,

Hello from North Carolina.
The photos bring back some good memories of the West Coast. Quiet and calm. Looks like a relaxing retreat.
Have a soothing summer.

Sincerely,
Mike

thankyou all for your affirming comments.

willyum, thanks for dropping me a line.

elke sorry about the absence of water where you live. but you probably have something which compensates for that.

sarah... what can i say... i am sound blind. i know there's a way to put a sound bite in the blog, but i just haven't gotten around to the study of it yet. but i'll keep it in mind.

right on marcus... it's good to spend a little time appreciating the elements.

hey mike,
thanks for checking in. got your phone call and will return it tomorrow from the boardwalk. you sounded good. i miss our penetrating dialogues.

Hi scott,
Interesting pics. all the sailboats, how strange, the timing.
I just bought a 30' sailboat just today, something I have wanted to do for sometime now. I always find it an afirmation of a higher power when things are connected by means I can't explain. hope to see a painting arrive soon.

Love, Jon

Oh, how I wish I was there. Fortunately in about two weeks I'll be on an English beach, looking to take photographs much like these - albeit with rather different birds!

Lots of things happenning on sea, earth and air over there. You should do this more often

Hey Scott,

I love the seaside too. Perhaps I'll move from Munich to the north of Germany again and can enjoy that more often again.

See you

Elmar
