One of these days, phones will have a "10" and an "11" button to save you the two strokes it takes to make each of these numbers. Until then, you can expand your Speeddial to be larger (or smaller) than 3x3. This is particularly helpful for people with widescreen monitors or large monitors.

To increase your speeddialage, close Opera, open up your speeddial.ini file (located in your profile directory or opera:config#UserPrefs|opera:config)

At the following three lines of code to the bottom of your speeddial.ini file, save, close the file, and open Opera again.

Columns=4

Unfortunately, Opera Link will only sync the first 9 speed dial entries, so you may want to cram your most important speddials into the first 9 slots if you use this feature.

And apparently a lot of my visitors are searching for how to expand their speeddial. So Opera, if you happen to be reading this blog, then make sure a future version makes it easier to change the speed dial size (maybe opera:config|User Prefs#Speed Dial Rows and opera:config|User Prefs#Speed Dial Columns])
