About me

I'd decided to try this Opera machine in 2010. The browser is easy to use, plus light. 　

My interest is in wildlife (especially my wonderful memory of wildlife in overseas):

My big memory is the Rocky mountains with wildlife. At my undergraduate, I had helped wildlife volunteers to care for injured animals like injured wildlife and raptors. I had visited several popular national parks there, too.

My childhood dream was to work with wildlife outdoor, and it had become true after completing my undergraduate overseas and at Japanese graduate school. I did my wildlife field research at my graduate school where my research subject was the impacts of deer on the marsh plants, although my place of the dream to work is the African nature. The school taught me many things like how to do outdoor field research, plant identification, documentation of my research reports and so on.
The Japanese school environment was somehow different from that in overseas, but I had managed the difference with the cooperation from my nice colleagues, fun international friends and professors. At the field research, I had to struggle with mosquitoes, a pile of simple tasks and long travels.

There seems to be a lesson I've learned at the field research, that was the wildlife is not easy to find, but easier to encounter, and there are more plants than any other species on the earth.


It's been some time after the graduation of my graduate study. The plants are still a significant part of my life. I'm now continuing taking pictures of wildlife in Japan.

In my previous work,

　- Worked for a Japanese representative office for a overseas company.
　　 (Good memory: communication with the Dutch. Their English was excellent!)

　- Book seller at a bookstore.
　　 (Good memory: Sold English books and worked at a new bookstore with large floor.)
