Last night I installed Windows7 Ultimate using 700MB-RAM notebook PC, And next I removed HDD, then Reseat HDD to 192MB-RAM 700MHz PC (Toshiba DYNABOOK SS 3490 DS70P/1N8T).
Surprisingly Windows7 can RUN such a poor PC!!! Little bit slow to operate, then It RUN Opera 11.50

Due to the Earthquake and tidal wave disasters in our country at the Tohoku-Kanto earthquake this time,in addition to the fire nuclear power plants, cause enormous tragedy. Thank you for your warm support and bestowed from the Opera friends and ladies and gentleman.
Now finally surviving victims received aid little by little, personal support was lacking ,but Japanese experts especially Kansai who have ever experienced personnel at Kobe-Awaji earthquake help and even the neighborhood and from everybody around the world led to help surviving victims. Just a later, now I say thank you with gratitudeo everyone as one of the Japanese.
