Their lives are dramas that reflect the primitive state of their television content...people dying, people sick, crying, victimization; in otherwords these people can do nothing else but put the blame for their 'sorrows' and 'problems' on others such as the minority chinese population and foreigners who in reality are feeding the sick bastards and if was not for these few then the majority 'the monkeys' would still be living in caves. Suharto is no longer around but let's be honest and objective...what has really changed in indonesia??? Corruption has become democratic..in otherwords no longer do the higher ranking officials receive the 'dirty-money' but so do the lower-ranking ones: great!?! Illegal logging has declined which is not exactly a miracle seeing the previous situation was a little too obvious..decrease a wee-bit and wow, seems like they have won an oscar..B.S.! and then there is the narcotics consumption issue...this has just spinned out of control thanks to the present govt. preaching indonesia is finally a 'vibrant democracy' and giving young people the impression that we're back in the late 60's...love, peace and whatever. The reality here is that any discipline or sense of duty instilled in them before has been completely wiped-out for some puny political gain...unfortunately this is a mistake indonesians will only begin to feel in the coming years...democracy is basicall, as I know it, you work, you eat, you don't work, you stare (starve). Corruption is part of the entire social system, its infected people at all levels..still today if you get stopped with your seatbelt not fastened or doing 140km/h in jakarta you can get away with paying about Rupiah 100,000:- for each offense (about USD 10.00:-) Going back to the monkeys and their behaviour, they still propagate that indonesia must and is successfully attracting billions in direct foreign investment..bullshit! it's a load of crap because I don't see any new investments in terms of technology, manufacturing, research, etc coming in. Most prefer Malaysia or other asian countries that have a legal system based on either common law or roman law. Indonesians version of a court room is a few 'deep thinkers' who happen to be the jury, a judge that is easily corruptible, a mix between religion and somesort of jurirdic system that in the end spells on trouble for one's pocket...so, in this case...never sue anybody in indonesia especially if you are not indonesian..you'll never get your money back. If you get a the chance, fuck the indonesian first before he fucks you: indonesians are great with talking about values and great things but in practice they are envious and deceitful bastards thaat envy everything foreigners have. Many companies (foreign) that have invested in indonesia have found themselves shut-out and completely disrespected by the a govt. that intervenes in economic matters without seeking the best in logical terms but instead uses emotivity to completely ruin relations with foreign business partners..i.e. look at indo's cement sector to mention one. Oh..and for those who think or believe indonesia is cheap because of it's labour costs..well you are wrong..indonesians are lazy bastards who are 'present' at work for about 10 hours but get 1 hour for lunch and about another 30 minutes or more for breaks and prayer times which adds-up to about 4 hours of their 'work presence'..of the 6 remaining hours they seek every manner possible to do nothing..in addition if you add the hidden costs of corruption which amount in some cases to about 20% of costs, and the fact that there is no security then indonesia is basically doomed and not the place to invest. Furthermore indonesians are cowards, liars, hypocrites, corrupt, lazy, fanatic, senselessly dramatic, victimizing (themselves), illiterate bastards. One example of all of the above were the riots during the end of the 90's where many memebers of the minority chinese population (which is not aloud to join the army, police and many public ministries...vibrant democracy..yeah!?!?) were tortured, killed, raped and had their properties destroyed or looted by the monkeys. Flights from indonesia to singapore were flying back and forth 24/7 for days...the chinese were escaping execution. Today they are back in their chicken-coop factories working for buleh and the chinese because despite how much they try they will never understand that being crooked will never work. They cannot get it that unlike their many fanatic people, the west is not purely interested in making money at all costs, without security, service, honesty, quality and many other factors that make the western world communities what they are today...they do not understand that the western world does not pimp their daughters to get fucked in the ass for a few dollars...or that we take pride in being useful, in building, in being independent...having a sense of self-worth and pride....'things' they will never grasp because of the way they conveniently want to see the world. To sum it all up....what makes indonesians different from the rest of the world are 'seasons'...working hard during spring and summer assures people a good harvest..which in the old days made a difference between living and dying...which brought our ancestors to think and plan. They don't have this, the poor bastards, and thus are not pushed to think and plan..every day is like the one before and so on....so forget the colonialism..look at hong kong, malaysia, macau, singapore...did they end-up like indonesia? no...naybe the monkeys should have read the books before they burnt down the library no?!?? Improved quality of life in both economic and legal terms comes with difficulty and hard-work, sacrifice, and pondering..which all lead to hard work and belief....unfortunately, the monkeys only believe in begging and still don't understand that the western world was just like indonesia about 50 or 60 years ago...but we strived for a better life thorugh dedication..they, after 50 years are worse then when they started-off...I wonder why....the romans created roads and irrigation systems because they saw infrastructure as vital to their well-being...in indonesia until this day (2007) 90% of jakarta still has no potable water and lacks any sort of sewage or drainage system...thats the difference between human beings and monkeys...welcometo indonesia! yours sincerely a visitor to indonesia for over 20 years
