Depression go away!

You are wondering what to do, but anythin' that you think of is not what you want? You want to go somewere, but you don't know where? You feel upset? Well you must have a depression.
How to get rid of it?
Well first, try finding reasons why are you upset. If something is bad, if it's something related to your work, love or something that you done and regret. Try thinking about the situation, try convincing yourself it's all OK.
And most of the time it is.
Secondly, think of something you would really want to do. Somthing new or something you always wanted to do. Go sky diving or something like that.
And last, if it doesn't help... Well then go and visit doctor.
There a millions of people that wake up having bad mood everyday, they feel depressed. They have no interest in life, they feel alone. Spending time with good friends and people you love, getting involved in some interesting activities on your free time, enjoying every moment of life and making life of others more enjoyable makes your life better.
