Is it as hot at 29 Palms as it is in Arizona? I know certain parts of California can get pretty hot. We had 115 degrees a couple of days ago. 112 yesterday. When I do yardwork at my house, I have to do it before 9am or after 7pm.

Wow, I've heard it gets hot in Iraq and Afghanistan and that there is alot of dust.

What was it like in Okinawa?

I am doing good Jarrod. Just finished a painting project on a playhouse for someone. Will do a post with pictures on that soon. Now I'm continuing with projects I'm working on at home: painting of kitchen cabinets and putting on new hardware, scraping asphalt glue from the concrete where I've taken out old carpet and linoelum squares, refinishing the old furniture I've found or bought at Goodwill. As these things get done, I will do a post of those projects too.

YES! A LOT OF DUST INDEED! IT ALSO GETS SUPERCOLD THERE AS WELL! IT IS HUMID TIMES 10 OUT HERE IN OKINAWA! YOU SART TO SWEAT WITHIN 5 MINUTES IF YOU ARE WALKING AND PROBABLY 7 IF YOU ARE STANDING STILL! IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU ARE THE WORKING TYPE! YOU MAKE BEES AND ANTS LOOK BAD! NO OFFENSE, MA'AM!
