Well well, I guess talking to FCC about Comcast got the job done.
I was trying to help comcast but the tech and his boss lied to me and didn't know about the FCC 07-170 statue.
Not everyone at Comcast is bad. Everyone I talked to on the phone there was trying to get the issue fixed.
One hand doesn't know what the other is doing.
I do also know that they do sub contract for techs too but still that need to know the laws.
1. I know the law
2. I know how there systems work
3. I can tell if a channel is encrypted when it should not be.
I use a MYTHTV+linux based computer as my DVR like a TIVO box, I watch a show when I want then I delete it.
