Game is called "Evoland" and basically you evolve the game as you play from early monochrome to SNES styled graphics and the gameplay evolves with you
Brilliant idea !
Try it out, it is short.http://ncannasse.fr/file/ld24/ld24.html

two days ago I went into the city to get some new earphones (my old ones were broken). As I left the tube station I saw a few meters in front of me a brown-skinned man kneeling on a small carpet with a small opened box in his crossed hands starring at the people walking by with his typical puppy-dog-eyes attitude to be as pitiful as possible.
Since a while I don't give a damn about those guys and what happened this day reinforced my position...
In fact there has been some "beggar Mafia" in my city since quite some time. They mostly come formerly from Romania and look like the typical gypsies. The problem is that the money they begged for goes to a fellow countryman sitting in a big Benz and collecting the earnings at the end of the day. I wasn't quite sure myself but I thought that the beggars didn't get much to see from the money (which is a noticeable amount on good days) they earned.
Now back to the guy at the exit of the tube station; it was quite late so that the pedestrian area wasn't really crowded.
Suddenly I heard a ring tone, one that you hear now and then coming out of those phones from the bitten fruit company.
Don't say it's coming from... ya it was! The beggar turned his hips and coiled himself up like he would be in an embarrassing situation, which he for sure was. He took from his back pocket an iPhone 4 and cancelled the ringing but the phone was exposed long enough to recognize it.
I have now lost even more faith in beggars, which is sad for those who really are in a hopeless situation and really need the money to survive. This really sets me up...

How can someone like me, who is often tagged as a geek (I for sure wouldn't call myself like that, I am just a passionated techie), never had his own blog? Well sometimes I just prefer talking about stuff in real life or using another way of communication (hell no, not this annoying Twitter thing! ... Which I still don't really get all the hype around it but that's another story...).
I won't consider myself updating the blog very often, maybe just here and then to fill my geek-o-meter, even though there's not much anymore in the Internet that makes you be a geekard. Even hacking can sometimes be done by a 12 year old Internet explorer user
This blog exists since around 5 years or something and I thought that the time has come to deflower this place
So yeah, hello!
