Was this movie actually hard criticized in China? I know that it was here in the states. I would just like to know how the society in china reacted after the release of this movie.

I think it is great that a movie shows difference in a so open way. That makes hopefully a few people understand more and open there eyes.

Anton:In fact the government still has not approved the release of this movie,most of us saw it online.My area is actually more tolerant than other parts of China,most people around me think it a good and touching movie.But it was also hard criticizied by someone.
However,I like it very much.I have not seen "Crash",but I think "Brokeback Moutain" deserves the Oscar.
