Live Writer

Some weeks ago I downloaded the Windows 8 customers preview just to see what happens on one of my old computers.
And you know what? It’s amazing it runs on a 8 years old computer and fast as hell. Okay, with only onboard sound and graphics; so I have no sound and every image is looking like a poster. (Like it, every image is a kind of artwork now)
Not that pleased with the new Ubuntu’s lately I wanted to see what Windows was up to with their tiles and apps. And I have to say it’s a lot of fun to play with it. It’s fast, very stable for a beta, and it’s so easy to switch to the standard 7 look desktop. But the best part I like is the way you can customize and personalize this system to make it your own, lots and lots of tools to do that. It was just this issue in the new Ubuntu’s I missed and which made me use systems like Bohdi, ZevenOS or Zorin.
And now the Windows Live Writer.
I used this blog editor before but I never managed to post with it on my Opera blog, only to Blogger. And now it does from the first time I try it. Love that. Now I can write posts and save them to decide later on which blog I will publish it.
