Oh, that's nice!
How did you do that?

JavaWoman 7. March 2008, 13:25

David, thanks!

I built it and maintain it manually. Since this is a still-wet blog (as in paint), I had no trouble gathering all the tags, and now it's a matter of making sure that with each new post, album or photo I update the lists here as well.

I'm planning a write-up of all my tweaks (a lot of them by now) and I'll write about this one, too. If I can find the time, first installment today.

Schalandra 7. March 2008, 14:42

Isn't that hard to maintain? Why don't you suggest my.opera to implement this? or even better a small API for it?

JavaWoman 7. March 2008, 16:45

Now that I've got it sorted out, no it's not really hard to maintain — the hardest is not to forget. :worried: Then with a good editor it can mostly be automated given a list of new tags.

I will certainly make a proposal, but I want to write it up first (two other posts lined up before that), so I can point to that. And yes, I agree a little API would be really cool!

ı really liked this.It is very usefull. Can you send me code if there is no any problem for you:=)

JavaWoman 18. March 2008, 16:02

Hi Zahek, thanks! It's not just "code", it also takes actions whenever you post something new. I'll write it all up in a blog post (code and how-to), but I have others to write first - and the "March release" had me tweaking instead of writing!

Just subscribe to my blog and you'll find it when I write it.

Schalandra 19. March 2008, 09:06

Aye, the March release gave some people kind of a headache. I guess I was lucky, I just had a look over it, but found no mistakes.
