Extremely Upset & Unhappy!!!!!

My mother Helen Galfi had bought 3 cell phones from T- Mobile. We ahve had service with them for about 3, 4 years. Well low & behold we receive a bill in the amount of $933.71. We just about fainted. when I looked over the bill it said that there were a bunch of text messages that came into the cell line. I was flabergasted by this since the phone belonged to my son Matt Paddock he is 14 years old. I asked him if he had text messaged these thru his cell line. He said No he went on the internet & sent them thru there & had no idea how they showed up on his cell. So this was made clearly in error. We called T- Mobile & explained the situation, & to look over the bill. That we had never had this exuberant amount of charges ever.They basically said thats too bad we need to pay. We also called again & got the same attitude which was too bad!!!! Now we are being told that they are also going to charge for early termination. In any case I am very upset with this company.
I would like for them to give us a break on this. Considering that we were customers for such a long time.
