Finally I went to Sweden again! It was so nice! On the last four days I had the chance to meet some friends that I didn't see for a long time, to do very nice trainnings on challenging terrain and also to run my first trainning of night-orienteering in Sweden.
Trainnigs went very well and I felt much confident on this kind of terrain than before.I run a nigh-o trainning close to the club's house, long distance together with Julia, Linda,Ellen and Annika on the swedish long national championship map, middle distance on the Gnesta city map and also night orienteering on the swedish middle national championship map. This last trainning was terrific! I run together with Julia through the dark swedish forest on such a tough and technical terrain...but, the problem was more about lamp batteries
unfortunately the lamp batterie was over and we had to come back to the car trough the darkness. It was crazy
First night-o trainning close to the club's house
Middle distance
Long distance trainning
Night-o with Julia
It was great going to Sweden during winter time.It so cold...but drinking a hot coffee in a warm and confortable swedish house made me forget it.
Now I'm looking forward to the spring to go there again and try to run some relays with the girls:cool:
