Trainning Camp in Évora

Évora was the chosen place to my last trainning camp. Preparing to sprint and middle distance national championships I went to Évora from 22-25th february.
Trainning program:
Friday:
evenning - 120min of indoor trainning at Arraiolos.Warm-up, running drills, reading map exercise, strength training and stretching.
night - 50min slow running
Saturday:
morning - middle distance trainning- 6,3km, 17controls (without compass)- São bartolomeu do Outeiro II
afternoon- long distance trainning - (slow running) 10,4km, 24 controls -São Bartolomeu do Outeiro IV
night - sprint distance trainning - 3,4km , 13 controls - Évora city
Sunday:
morning - local competition 7,6km, 29controls (watch the video below)
afternoon- local sprint competition, 2,6km 13controls
Monday:
morning- middle distance trainning- 5,8km, 17controls - Esbarrondadouro
afternoon - travelling back to Oporto
It was Really interesting trainning camp with beautifull and technical terrain. I would like to thank very much to Tiago Aires and Raquel Costa (o-friends)who hosted me so well on their own place at Gafanhoeira.
