Many things to do =p
Thursday, January 27, 2011 4:29:26 AM
Well it was been a very exciting week or should I say two weeks for me as there are both life changing factors. To start with I have changed my major from Human Services to Nursing, but more specifically I am taking a one year LPN course then taking another one year RN course. As of now I am currently looking into schools where I can start class this fall. Secondly I am also trying to sell my car and right after buy another car and it has been much more difficult that i had hoped. Third I am just getting over having a stomach flu which was awesome good fun XD <------ (hahaha) To top all this off I am not nearly as sad as I was before and I am doing my best to deal with the cards I have.

It seems that I only post on here when I am either depressed, mad, or anything with a =( attached to the end. One can only think I am never happy but in fact I am happy about 50% of the time. The only reason I can think of is that this is a place for me to let things out without walls. A place where I can place my emotions on "paper" without too much criticism. So I do apologize for annoying any of you.

I'm about ready to explode and take everything down with me, to cry in pain, to plea in agony, to die. I keep falling again and again even though I try harder every time, and I shall still try again and again because it is what I must do. I want to fight the whole world to find peace in mind, to find a balance within myself so I may succeed. What shall I do, what shall I do, what shall I do...

Home is suppose to be a place where you want to be, a place where you can relax and feel the love of family. I wish that was the case for me...
Holiday "cheer"
Monday, November 22, 2010 7:37:23 PM
As the temperature drops, sickness sweeps everywhere, and school semesters come close to an end there are both good and bad about the Holiday season surrounding us. For instance some good things consist of family, vacation, food, gifts, and my favorite coco while watching a movie. On the contrary to all this goodness we have the bad. One usually goes through the cold, awful road rage, shopping terrors, family (in some cases), and stress beyond believe. I can say I have to deal with most of this, for instance I have to deal with stress due to my low life step father and financial issues. Aside from this I get to see my family more often and share many laughs with those who I love. Anyway I hope everyone has a nice thanksgiving and to be safe.
Samsung Galaxy S vs. Iphone 4
Monday, October 4, 2010 4:40:26 AM
While the age of cell phones is upon us, we find ourselves consumed in a text messaging, app using, picture taking, and Internet browsing era. The best to use all of these features are by dropping your normal phone and obtaining a "smartphone". Two of the best smartphones on the market is the Samsung Galaxy S and the I phone 4.
On the outside of the Samsung Galaxy S there is a 4 inch super AMOLED screen the looks truly amazing with touch sensitive buttons. A 3.5mm headphone jack allows you to enjoy your videos/music without disturbing anyone else. On the back side there is a aluminum cover and a 5.0 mp camera with no led flash the also captures 720p HD video. Going inside the phone we have a Android 2.1 operating system powers by a 1ghz Humming bird processor and support for adobe flash. Memory is not too bad with a 16gb hard drive and the option for use of micro sd (up to 32gb of additional storage). Some of the phone operating features consists of Samsungs touchwiz 3.0 for customization with use of both android and samsung widgets. There is also support for all email clients as well as outlook, powerpoint and word. The most used feature now a days (texting) is enhanced with Samsungs swype for fast and easy texting. Overall the Samsung Galazy S is a solid, powerful Android phone phone with a beautiful disply. The camera takes great pictures and video although it lacks a flash, and the customization is great.
Now looking at the Iphone 4 there is a 3.5 inch display with a single home button at the bottom and a front mounted VGA camera for skype calling (only in wifi). There is a 3.5mm jack for use of headphones and speakers for movies or music. On the flip side you have a flat back with a 5.0mp camera with LED flash and 720p HD video. The Iphone uses Apples IOS 4 operating system and a A4 processes close to 1ghz speed but no support for adobe flash. Memory is either a 16gb or 32gb with no option for added memory (micro sd). The phone uses the standard IOS 4 interface with minimal customization features and no use of widgets. There is support for all email clients as well as outlook, powerpoint and word. Texting uses just a simple digital Qwerty keyboard. All in all the Iphone 4 is a great phone with many apps, a great camera but lacks the customization like other phones out there.
After comparing the two phones the winner here is the Samsung Galaxy S. With a bigger and finer display it is easier to text, read and play. Support for adobe flash is a big plus for Internet and website use. The interface is more customizable weather it be adding a widget, changing the theme or a different wallpaper. The option for adding a removing memory is key when transferring content in between other devices or computers. With its 1ghz Hummingbird processor the Samsung is also faster than the Iphone by a small margin. The only places the Galaxy S scores low on is the fact there is no flash for the camera and no front mounted camera.
