John Peel's Record Box has been set up expressly for the contributors of the ILM message board (*link fixed*) in order to continue the good work and provide a place for catching on files you might have missed. There is space here for 300MB so files will have to be alternated according to demand. Fingers crossed, hosting all our files shouldn't be a problem!
Please note this ONE post will contain ALL links which means you need to check the list because the main site feedprobably won't notify you of any updates to a pre-existing post. But the Comments News Feed will keep you up to date.
Thank you for all the encouraging comments guys. It's good to see some of the 'old crowd' here with a desire for keeping this project ticking over. We shall complete this project I'm sure of that, but if it were easy it wouldn't be as much fun!

So there's no harm in giving me an elbow in the kidneys from time to time to remind me.
Yes there will be more uploads to download. I have no intention of abandoning this site or the reord box box project itself - EVER. I'll do my best to make some time in the next week to get another batch online.
As always: Thanks to everyone for supporting the project. I couldn't do alone and it's the result of many dedicated music and John Peel fans. :-)

Last night i spent quite a bit of time updating the ID3 tags in my set, making filenames consistent, and putting record label and year information for every track. I also have album art for, oh, I'd say 1/5 of the tracks.
Has anyone else made any progress with album art?
