The trouble to encode with Yahoo

I start to regret for downloading this Yahoo Beta. New things are not necessarily better. Being able to send and receiving Chinese mails to me is critical. I though it might be the compatibility with Internet Explore, so that I installed the newest IE. 7.0, which also for fixing some missing images issue on web pages. The problem still didn’t get solved. I went to official Microsoft website and tried to summit a question. The result was I have to pay $35 per month for technical support because the XP home edition was purchased from a manufacture but not directly from giant Microsoft, neither do I find any solution through the discussion groups.
After series of frustration, I blamed to the weakness with IE language feature, so that I browsed my Yahoo mails with Opera and Firefox. The same issue maintains. Gee, give me a break. Why isn’t it friendly enough to read and write emails in Chinese through Yahoo mail under English Windows environment? For now, the Chinese version of FireFox does do better job on my Chinese mails with Yahoo. However, some of Chinese mails are not coming back to normal.
I am still struggling to encode and try to find where is “More Actions”. Maybe, I should summit a question to Yahoo.com directly.

You might also want to check the default language you use for yahoo. If it's English (English interface) then they might mess up some languages. Change the language (or maybe location) back to Chinese to see if that helps (Rachel got a similar problem with a Hotmail account)

How did you draw those red lines? and which software did you use to capture it?
