Hip Hop on Jamendo

It is just out of curiosity how people use Jamendo as an alternative media for personal music listening experience and professionally approach to the audience; I found Golden Boy in Hip Hop category.
I have no right position to say anything about hip hop music. First of all, my English is not good enough to understand lyrics and rhythms without reading them. Secondly, I haven't listened enough for me to express my opinions yet. I tried to know more about hip hop music simply because there are more significant thoughts comparing to most of pop or rock music (all those cheesy love songs just drive me nuts) nowadays, and hip hop culture was originated in US by African Americans but not implanted from European culture. It is pity though, I would never be able to fully understand Hip Hop culture not only because my language limits but also the lack of experience and knowledge of growing up in different parts of US.
African instruments and sounds in Golden Boy's album got me attention. I know music and sounds of Africa has been altered and mixed with rap music for long time; the intention of finding ancesters' foot steps to reflect present lives always moves me. Apparently, Golden Boy (Fospassin) speaks French which adds more difficulty on me to understand his words. Youtube has his video of Suwele-mba (I searched for a meaning of this title without any success. Is it a person's name? Sorry, I couldn't understand the story about the name through lyrics.). Although I am not too thrilled by the style of video production(people can make much better videos with low budgets), it is interesting to check out.
