Just heard a great history!
The band of Dave Carroll were traveling to Nebraska in 2008 by United Airlines, and saw his Taylor guitar being thrown by United Airlines baggage handlers in Chicago. He tried to do something about it but no one listned to him. Later on he discovered that his $3500 guitar was severely damaged.
Then he spent months trying to communicated with the company but no one would take the responsibility and said the final word that they would do nothing to compensate me for his loss.
He promisse to write 3 songs about it and make videos to put on Youtube. United Breaks Guitars is the first of the songs:
A genius way to protest
