1) Cares about his students and can tell their names. It is very important for a teacher to care about his students and knows their names. If a teacher do not care about his students and could not tell their names. I think this teacher is not a good teacher for he has never put his heart to his students.
2) Don’t judge a student only by mark. Many teachers will judge a student only by mark; all they think about and care about is their bonus. And they will never care about the “bad” students. All they have to do is to cultivate the good ones and the other students are not their duty.
3) Talk to his students when he is free. It is good way to communicate with your students. Through the chat you can know what they want, what they need. And you can adjust you teaching plan and to teach them what they really want to learn.
4) Lead you students to learn, not force them to. It is very important for a teacher to lead his students how to learn and stimulate them to learn by themselves. Do not force you students to learn, you will never get any progress.
5) At last, treat you students as you friends

We are nude in our community、though we are live in our house, the wall is transparent; Everything we do will be possible be published in the newspaper. I think that somebody has gone beyond the range. They are just trying to play with a tiger.
We can always read the scandals of some singers、actors、and the politicians. It is a good way to guide these people to do better. But many of us have gone beyond that they even to take picture about their privacy life. These actions interrupt them greatly. When they get a date or date with someone; they have to cover themselves in order not to be found and to avoid the scandal. What those people do has gone beyond the law. They have oversighted you life and make you published though you are not willing to let everybody know some certain affairs.
As a student; we do not have any news value that we are not afraid to be the topic of our society. But as the development of mobile phone; another problem put to us.Our privacy has challenged by the camera in the phone. Many students, especially the girls, have become the target of the hunter. They take photo and spread all over the internet. And most of the photos they took are the one could hurt us badly when they are published. Several cases have happened in Guangzhou. One of the case was that a girl was recorded when she took bath in dormitory. And the video was put up to the school net. The girl could not stand this shame and suicide.

If freestyle is the favorite son in the X Games family, Moto X Step-Up is the redheaded stepchild. Two-time event medalist Jeremy McGrath says he's sure the moto/high jump hybrid was almost phased out before an instant-classic showdown between himself and Matt Buyten in 2004 revived interest. But in the end, "It's not as exciting as a 360 or double backflip," concedes Brian Deegan. But that doesn't make it less challenging. "It's a weird technique," says Deegan. "If you bring all the freestylers in here, I guarantee there's only a few guys than can hit that lip." Why's Step-Up so tough, you might ask? Take a gander at what happens during an attempt.
FINDING A LINE Riders begin 25 feet from the face of a 9- to 10-foot jump. Before rolling out, they eyeballing a "line" for hitting the jump. What makes a good line? For one, they're looking for the smoothest possible path. This becomes trick after repeated runs grind packed dirt into bumpy rubble. Ideal jump trajectory also dictates a superior line. At the earliest heights, any amount of vert will do. But as the bar's height increases, so does the need for a higher incline. So what happens when the smoothest path leads to a potentially low trajectory or vice versa? "It's a tricky situation, because there are pros and cons to every line," says McGrath. Guys strategize during practice, but game plans are inevitably altered, with no chance for testing. With only two attempts per height, a rider's gut becomes their best asset (or worst enemy). "What decision you make is what you go to do" says Tommy Clowers, last year's winner. "You go to commit and go for it."
HEADING INTO THE JUMP Riders usually spend the entire attempt in second gear, the highest option for maximum speed with so little time for shifting. "First is too low," says McGrath. "It'll be too revved out by the time you hit the jump." (Deegan tests McGrath's theory, "rolling the dice" while running in first using a smaller reared bike.) The guys ride with their entire body as far forward as possible to counter gravity's effects. The jump's natural motion sends you backwards, making that extra front weight key. Otherwise, as Deegan puts it, "You can loop out and throw your bike. There goes your ankles and wrists."
WHILE IN THE AIR Once airborne, riders "just float with the bike as high as you can," explains Clowers. "Then I go to push the bike forward and lift my feet to suck it up. Kinda like a BMX bike." Extra forward motion can be achieved by locking the rear brakes, using the spinning front tire to propel the bike forward. But the bar still needs clearing, requiring a split second assessment of one's positioning. "You have to be very calm, cool and collected when you're in the air," advises McGrath. "Because you never know what you're going to get." If the back tire's in danger of slapping the bar, a rider tries to turn the bike in a manner that avoids contact. Similar to trying to move a couch up a flight of stairs without scuffing a wall, seemingly impossible angles become lifesavers.
LANDING While McGrath says landing's the easy part ("You're basically just going straight down and riding away."), Deegan thinks sharing space with freestyle's course will add a challenge. "They cut the jump into the back of a landing, so the landing has to stay mellow for the guys riding freestyle. They couldn't custom build the lip for us, which should be a lot steeper down the back side." It's not the first time athletes have cursed a faulty plan. Last year's course positioned the bar too far out, causing riders to drop like flies. "I don't even know how Tommy made it over," says McGrath, shaking his head. This year, the riders were more involved in the planning stages. "It is a great show if you get it right," says McGrath. "There's a lot of drama." You're telling us.

It is my favorite dish. Can you imagine how the feeling that fresh fried shrimp with hot mustard mix together is? Delicious will be the very word to describe this dish. Then is the thin pancake with oyster or corn. One piece of fragile pancake with the fresh oyster or sweet corn will be the best dish before supper. Now it is the time to main food. Oyster soup、Spicy hot bean curd、Sweet & sour fried egg、Meat ball、Braised pork and so on. All the food I introduced above is the very ones I love. He had reviewed his whole life and found that in the world, there was no place for him to take a rest. His parents, wives, friends and all the people around him had left. Though he rich, he was lonely. He could buy anything but could not offer any emotion. The happiest time to Kane I think when he was still innocent. And the ski” Rosebud” was the only thing which could support him heart and lead him to the Pure Land-a place without warfare and desolation. So “Rosebud” was nothing but the thing can make you feel ease and get a little comfort. Redemption is “Rosebud”. A king of release.
