In this blog I am going to talk about the caste system in India in detail and provide some knowledge about the caste systems that exist in some other countries in the world.I want to make it clear that my intention is not to defame any culture.I think that each culture in the world is not 100% bad, but the fact that each culture has some shortcomings can't be neglected.It's time to wake up.The sooner these shotrtcomings are abolished the better.The objective of this blog is to reveal the severe conceqences of the caste system so that it can be abolished for the betterment of the countries where the gross caste system exists.I think that each culture in the world could be more beautiful and acceptable only if its shortcomings are abolished.I have discussed about the caste system through the following three main points:Recent News about the caste system,United Nation's and Human Rights Watch's Rports on the caste system and scientific reserch about the concept of human race.

it's said that media is one of the main pillars of a democracy.But major Indian media constantly ignores the atrocities inflicted on millions of people in India in the name of caste.The atrocitynews.com site is created to give the world updated news about the atrocities people face in the name of caste in India.

this site will also keep you updated about the grim effects of the perverted caste system in India.
<3>Intercaste Marriages:So called intercast marriages are extra-judicially punished by acts of public lynching,murder,beatings and other sanctions against the couples and their relatives.In a village in the Orrissa state a family is denied access to wells and shops just bcoz their daughter did a so called intercaste marriage.You can read the news by clicking here.
In the capital of India,Delhi,
a young man was murdered for doing so called intercaste marrige.The real psyche of the people who say that they have friends from all castes is revealed when they are asked the qustions about the issue of so called intercaste marriages.(*)The news above proves that perverted casteism is followed in India in the cities also.The unity of the whole nation has always been weak because of the grim caste system.
<4>Devdasi:
in this gross system prepubescent so called low caste girls are married to a deity or a temple and used by so called upper caste priests and villagers and eventually auctioned to an urban brothel.When the raping of so called low caste women and the gross systems like Devdasi are seen vis-à-vis the issue of so called intercaste marriages the hypocricy of the caste system is clearly revealed.

this report by Smita Narula,Researcher on Asia,Human Rights Watch, discusses about the characteristics and mechanisms of caste discrimination in Hinduism and gives a summary overview of the Indian governments response.It dismantals those misperceptions that have allowed the system to survive and comments on the barriers that keep the international community from efectively intervening against the practice that relegates millions of people to a lifetime of segregation,discrimination and violence.In this report you'll find the news about a High Court judge who had his chambers purified with Ganga Jal(water from the river Ganges),because it had earlier been occupied by a so called low caste judge.(*)This news proves that not only illiterates but also so called educated people like judges,police,bureaucracy,teachers,journalists are casteists in India.(*)That's why the castesystem itself which is the root of the train of the divisive thoughts has to be abolished.

in this repot you will find that caste system spoiles the lives of more than 250 million humans worldwide.The system exists in the countries like Bangladesh,Nepal,Sirilanka,Pakistan,Senegal,Japan.The religions like Christianity,Islam and Sikhism have also become casteists in India though the Bible,the Koran and the Gurugranthsahib don't support any caste system.Many so called low caste people have also sufferd from the disenfranchisement.Though there are the legislations against the caste based discrimination they have proved ineffective due to the prejudices of the society.The so called remedies have also shifted attention away from the institutional nature of the caste system.
<3>UN REPORT 2007:
India's distinction as the world's largest democracy has helped to mask the caste based atrocities.But for the first time UN Human Rights Cmmitee for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination(CERD) which consists of reputed international experts in international law,academics,sociology concluded that (*)caste labels are placed on people by birth,the caste system is racial discrimination in the name of descent,and there is alarming caste based discrimination in practice in India.Unfortunately for India the measures that have been suggested by the commitee to eliminate the discrimination have not been implimented still today.

The castesystem originated from the vedas.
It's said USING the sriptures(Vedas) that a caste label(brahmin,kshatriya,vaish,kshudra) is assigned to a person according to his/her Occupational inclination.Note that it's NOT said that a person is given caste by his/her birth or according to the family s/he is born in.But the castesystem is turned into a rigid perverted system-if a person is BORN in the so called uppercaste brahmin (priest)family he/she is called a brahmin and if a person is born in a tailor's family he is called a low caste,in another words NOW a person is given caste by birth not by Occupation s/he choses for him/herself in the future.Only so called upper caste brahmin men had 100% reservation in education in the name of scriptures for centuries.(*)It's like only one man ran the race and said he came first bcoz of his merit.Even so called upper caste women didn't have the right to education.Mahatma Jyotirao Phule,
a so called lowcaste (Mali,gardner),was the first to start a school for women.Both The castesystems, today's or vedic can't be called legitimate.In many countries in the world there are persons working as cobblers or shoemakers and tailors but they are not labeled using scriptures as lowcaste people.In psychology, occupational aptitude tests are taken but people are not given labels of low caste if they have good eye-hand coordination skills but aren't good in mathamatics.Science proves there's no one perticular intelligence but there areMultiple Intelligences,
that means each and every person is intelligent,there's no need to humiliate people giving low caste-label if they do a manual work.Indian people are enslaved and ruled for centuries because Indian society was never able to unite in the true sense due to this perverted castesystem.The economic progress in India is useless if Indian society always remains fragmented and vulnerable due to this perverted castesystem.Even today in many Indian villages people are denied water,forced to live outside the village boundries,not alowed to enter temples in the name of lowcaste.People are killed in the villages and cities if they do so called intercaste marriage,anticonversion acts are passed to ristrict the people who want to convert to a casteless religion(but castesystem is not abolished if they want people not to convert)Indians abroad strongly opposed when Shilpa Shetty an Indian actress faced racism in the TV show Big Brother in UK.The irony is they themsevles follow inhuman caste system in India.Atrocities done in the name of caste are often deliberately ignored by Indian police and media.We can't continue inhuman traditions in the Name of Culture.Unless India realises the most recent scientific study, The Genographic Project proves that there's only one true caste,creed,race,religion of all humankind in the world i.e.Homosapien, there will always be conflict in India bcoz of these manmade discriminations like caste,creed,race,religion.Real God must've damned those who created the caste system in India.

Dear friends,
I'm not in favour of caste based
reservation(though I'm from OBC).Bcoz caste based reservation'll
always remind us our caste given by using the scriptures(seeGita
-chaturvarnyam(castesystem) mya(I) shrushta(created)-adhyay4shlok13,adhyay9shlok32) centuries ago and never
let us unite. My plan of action against caste based reservation is
this
:
- 1>Make people aware that if the caste based
reservation is accepted they will have to preserve perverted caste
labels-given to them centuries ago by using the scriptures by giving all kinds
of excuses like
no other religion does to its own members.
- 2>Tell them that they
will still get reservation if it's given on economic basis bcoz the
mejorities of people who are poor are from so called low castes due to
their opression bcoz of scriptures,and they don't even have to
mention perverted caste labels.
- 3>Request all states to work under
a central board of education e.g.CBSE and fully accept its syllabus to
ensure that each and every child gets good quality of education.
- 4>Request the central government to guarantee that each and every
child gets excellent kind of primary education.In short resort to abolishing social discrimination and
an honest implimentation of the right to education to all.
- 5>
Make
sure that SCs last year judgement that intercaste marriages contribute
to the unity of our country reaches every person in our nation.
- 6>Ensure that
every Indian knows the results of most recent scientific study(the
genographic project,see in wikipedia) proves that all defferances like
caste,creed,race,religion are manmade and that there's only one true
caste,creed,race of all humankind i.e.Homosapien.(unless it
is done we would only be able to abolish casteism from education
al institutes not from our society,remember it's the social discrimination that led to actions like reservation and we have to the abolish the social discrimination if we want to discard castebased reservations.).
We musn't continue inhuman traditions in the name of culture.This will help India to abolish
perverted castesystem like it has abolished the inhuman traditions of
satipratha,childmarriage,keishwapan,denying education to women and
so called low castes.Bcoz united we stand divided we fall.
