Why is it that people say they "slept like a baby" when babies wake up like every two hours?

Lokukiddy is ever funny!
If I tried sleeping like that, I would never be able to untwist myself. No sleeping like a baby for me... except for the waking up every two hours to either, go to the bathroom, or kick the covers off because a "Hot flash" has just attacked, or to move and aching joint.
Maybe I am returning to my child hood!
