My new life is going great, thanks for asking 
I'm no longer worried about what other people think of me (woop!!), Im eating well and Im steadily gaining weight - and more importantly, Ive got the smile back that I thought I'd lost long ago!! --->
So whats changed? Well, only one thing has changed, and that one simple thing has sent everything else snowballing. For the first time in my life, I actually quite like myself! All I needed to do was change my thinking - which sounds easy, right? Well, it is with a bit of help. So if YOU, LIKE ME, want to change your life and the way you feel about yourself, then keep visiting my blog and I'll do my best to help.
One of the main things that held me back from being who I am now, was *judging myself through other peoples eyes* Are you unhappy? Do you feel wrong saying that you like yourself, or even that you love yourself? If so, could it be because you too are guilty of trying to guess what people are thinking about you, and because of this negative thinking, you have started believing it all yourslef?
I always did. It was a 24 hour a day occurence. Does this sound familiar?
"Do I look okay?"
"I can tell they dont like me"
"Why would she be interested in me when she could be with him?"
Be honest with yourself. Realise that you are the one person you can be honest with. If you cant be honest with yourself, then you will get nowhere. Lying to yourself gets you nowhere but rejected, depressed and alone. Seriously.
This was THE big problem for me, and it was only when I realised that my own thinking was the root of EVERY problem in my life, that I could then go about fixing it.
The first thing YOU MUST ADMIT if you want to FEEL FREE AND CONFIDENT is that what you think people think of you, is almost always WRONG!! Yes, YOU ARE WRONG! You make up in your own head what you THINK other people think of you... and then start believing the bullshit yourself.
So what's the step you can take TODAY to make a start on becoming the new, confident, happy YOU??
