Cat shit, Dreidels, and Other Randomness

This is getting under my skin and has been for some time. I'm sure everyone with a penis can relate. Chicks are bitches! I don't understand why they have to be so clique-y. I'm very blunt and up front but most are the opposite... nice to your face and worse behind your back. Most of my friends are guys just to avoid this level of bullshit. I work with women that proceed to eat lunch together everyday and never invite me. I'm not inviting myself because the wat I was raised that is rude. If they want my company they'd ask for it. My boss, male, tries to get me included but to no avail. They all leave the room or have the food put away (on pot luck days.) If they have some issue or something why can't they just tell me so we can resolve it instead of making me feel like the black sheep?! Plus, there were some rather unprofessional phrases written on a dry-erase board about me... at work! Yet, still nothing is being done! I don't want to be friends with these people just not left out EVERYDAY!! I've worked at this establishment almost a year and a half and someone just hired in September is already in the clique. I just don't get it. It makes me dread working. I feel so alone when I'm there!
