What Businesses Say and What They Do Are Different
They say we are a “no blame culture” but then they blame their staff. They say they are a “caring organisation” but then they take actions which the staff find our out of line with these comments. They say “our staff are our no 1 asset” and then they proceed to lay people off. They say sit down on our couches and read our books and when you do they ask are you going to buy that book?
I don’t know about you but this doesn’t make sense to me but then I guess companies have a utopian aspirations which in reality are never met.
