If, like me you saw the live earth , paranoia must be setting in. In between the songs, they were telecasting a bunch of short films, each telling the same tale of apocalypse and total destruction.

So, whats the solution?
1) Blame the previous generation for screwing up the world.
2) 'Reduce, Reuse and Recycle' - To quote a childhood superhero - Captain planet
3) Cut off all unnecessary appliances. ( Do you really need that extra light? Do you need the heater to be so high or the AC to be so low? Do you really need to waste precious electricity to read THIS blog?)
4) Buy only CFL bulbs. And if possible electric/hybrid cars.
I'd be a hypocrite if I didn't implement these steps. Here's what I pledge;
1) Have bath once a week. Wash clothes twice a week
2) Give up studying because the reading lamp takes a lot of electricity.
3) See 'An inconvenient truth' and 'Live Earth' concerts on my 2500 W TV in full volume.
