Hi guys? This question of the existence of god has always been in my mind and nobody has ever proved to me of his existence .personaly i think he is our own creation to explain the unknown . What do you think? Or do you have proof of his existence

Every society since the beginning of human thinking, some 50,000 years or more ago, depending the accuracy of the evolutionary study you accept as fact, has created their god to answer questions about life they could not understand since science did not have the answers to these questions yet.Only in the last 400 yrs. or so and especially the last 200, have we discovered many answers about nature and man through scientific discoveries. So,before this, to feel secure and overcome their fears about natural phenomina and disasters, human leaders made up "gods". This also allowed them to control the "massas" when they wanted answers. Societies then developed religions with priests and teachers who added their perceived revelations and stories about their gods and made them holy by proclamation and laws. These were then later put into book-form and declared holy and to be believed by all the subjects, or members of that society. To the believers these stories are the truth. In our present day society in Canada you can believe it or not , depending how critical you are. You may and should let your own reason be your guide. With our newer factual knowledge of evolution and nature's and man's development ,we find many of the old religious answers unsatisfactory and against our reason. Whatever your god is: It, She ,He, You, got to make sense.
