Here is one of the greatest Opera Ad-Blocker List ever 
With this list you can block Layer-ads and many more advertis.
Just klick Download to get the file.
1. Extract the urlfilter.zip
2. Copy urlfilter.ini to your Profile dictonary for example:
"C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\Your Username\Anwendungsdaten\Opera\Opera\profile"
(you may need to change your settings to view full dic. structur)
3. Restart opera an voilá now you block a lot of advertisment
