L2D2's ALL NIGHT GARDEN PARTY

If you see someone without a smile give them one of yours.

FAILS!!!------THINGS THAT JUST SHOULD NOT BE!

Commentary after each photo

Lose weight,
then go have some pie and ice cream? Or go have pie and ice cream first, and then lose weight?

DVD rewinder, what were they thinking?
Actually, there are people out there stupid enough to buy it, so who's the failure?.

This one is just great...let's see, jackhammers or cigarettes.
Which one is better for my unborn child?

I'm not eating at this place...

I would like to have seen him do this.

Those are lighthouses?

What?

Yep, and that bus runs on......

I think this is why Winn Dixie went out of business...

Now that might work!

AND LAST, AS IT DESERVES TO BE, MY PERSONAL FAVORITE:

Who the heck was in charge of their advertising?

THE REST OF THE STORY OR HOW IT ALL BEGANENJOY THAT THANKSGIVING PIE!

Wondering why that guy that murdered his wife isn't in prison for life. Hmmm......Strange, just said he was in the spotlight for more than a year.

L2D2 9. November 2009, 04:02

I think the typesetters probably got two items mixed together and proofreader didn't catch it. I have seen some funny typos and mistakes like this when I worked for newspapers

Stardancer 9. November 2009, 04:04

Dacotah 9. November 2009, 04:11

Could be.

risis1977 9. November 2009, 04:27

:lol::lol:

L2D2 9. November 2009, 04:38

Star, I just have to share my good emails. I can't help myself.

Carol, I think so.

Hi Ris. Glad you liked it. I love these silly things.

Stardancer 9. November 2009, 04:39

I'm glad you do, Linda. This is great!

L2D2 9. November 2009, 04:42

Thanks. I have a lot of email buddies. I forward some good emails to them, but when I get a real goodie like this, I save it for a post.

L2D2 9. November 2009, 04:45

I, at one time, had one of the funniest things ever. It was a piece in the paper I worked for, that posted letters that people had written to Social Security Dept. over the years. I can't find it now, but if I ever do, I will post it immediately. I have read and reread the clipping over and over through the years and LMAO every time.

Dacotah 9. November 2009, 04:47

L2D2 9. November 2009, 05:13

Carol, what time is your MRI or cat scan tomorrow?

Dacotah 9. November 2009, 05:42

My CAT scan is at 7 am central time.
Wednesday I go in at 9:30 am for x-rays.

L2D2 9. November 2009, 05:50

I wonder why they are doing this again when they just did all that?

gdare 9. November 2009, 05:53

OMG
I will pay attention next time I buy gummy sweets

L2D2 9. November 2009, 05:56

Yeah, they can call them lighthouses if they wish, to keep from getting arrested by the porno police!

Dacotah 9. November 2009, 05:56

I wonder too, the CAT scan is for the same area.

L2D2 9. November 2009, 06:00

Something ain't right. There is no way they need new pictures of all that when they just finished----unless they just think something may have changed? I am glad I do not live in your town. Tyler is a big medical center in Texas (a medical hub they call it) and we have some of the best doctors in the country here. And there are programs for people who have no money. I could help you if you lived here

Dacotah 9. November 2009, 06:59

I wish I did live there Linda.
Thank you.

Grandmomster 9. November 2009, 07:20

OMGosh :jester: :jester: :jester: I needed that after working on my post for so long
Good job Linda

L2D2 9. November 2009, 07:23

I take it you laughed almost as hard as I did!

I read your post a few minutes ago, Stacey, and cried with a smile on my face all the while. It was great. Also answered your PM

L2D2 9. November 2009, 07:32

Carol, I just found that link you gave. The man should have been arrested for 1st degree murder. Sawing your wife into pieces and throwing them in the water cannot be considered manslaughter, surely? He should have received, at least, a life sentence. The man is obviously too dangerous to be let out in society. Good grief!

Grandmomster 9. November 2009, 07:37

 Yes and I sooo needed it

I'm glad you enjoyed the wedding post. We didn't spend the money for a professional photographer and like I said I can't find one of the CD's. But I just didn't want to wait any longer to post it. Opera was where it all started and we will always love it here.
We just got our lap top hooked up in the studio. I'm hoping to be a little more on top of things this way.

L2D2 9. November 2009, 07:42

Like I said, it will all straighten out in time, and you will be all organized and able to visit more often with your friends here.

Grandmomster 9. November 2009, 07:52

I hope so :wait: time will tell :wizard: If only I had a magic wand...oh what I would do...the trouble I would get my self into  it's probably best that I just give it time to work out.

Tabmartel 9. November 2009, 11:18

OMG..I am laughing so hard right now..

Imagine cock flavoured soup....

Everytime I go to the grocery store I see these cookies called Mr. Creamy..and wonder what genius came up with that!

Dacotah 9. November 2009, 12:17

Justice system is an odd one to say the least.

angel292005 9. November 2009, 12:30

Mmmm gummies...low fat and shaped like a penis.

ellinidata 9. November 2009, 14:45

OMG !!!! hahahahaha

some are beyond expectations!!!

I loves me some cock soup with cock gummy candy! ROFL

Linda thanks for the laughs!!!

PS
as for the expecting smoker mom.... they should be laws about it! freedom stops when another's life is in the picture too! failed for sure!

Tabmartel 9. November 2009, 14:52

I agree with you on that. I know quitting smoking is difficult, but nothing about parenting beyond conception is easy..it's just not an excuse.

PainterWoman 9. November 2009, 16:07

 The first one! There are so many of these small fitness places. A couple of them here are right next to pubs. Which reminds me of the aerobics instructor I was friends with. He and I would go have a beer right after aerobics.

Suntana 9. November 2009, 16:11

I hate to admit it, but Ummm, :left: :right: it took me about 5 seconds upon seeing the DVD Rewinder to figure out what the joke was. I eyed it up & down and left & right as I wondered, "And??? What's so funny?" Finally it hit me. "Ohhhhh!" Homer: Doh! :o: Jessica Simpson probably has at least 2 of these. And Chrissy Snow on Three's Company would have had one if DVDs had been around back then.

That must have been quite a painful trip to the restroom for Tyler! :insane:

Why lighthouse, of course ... I see the unmistakable resemblance.

L2D2 9. November 2009, 17:26

At Stacey---if I had a magic wand the first thing I would do would be to teleport and I won't even explain that! Then I can think of other handy things a magic wand could do for me....

Tab MR. CREAMY? REALLY? Oh, good grief. Yes, who was in charge of that ad campaign? Cock-tasting soup.....yummy! Oh,my, yes. :D

L2D2 9. November 2009, 17:29

McLeod, which sweets, the ones in the first photo, or the ones at the Klindt Eat and Sweet? I don't think Stevenage has a monopoly on idiots. We appear to have more than our share! Glad you liked my post.

Carol, don't even get me started on our justice system. I think about as much of it as I do your doctors!

Can't beat that with a stick, can you Sarah? Low fat penis gummies, preceded by cock flavored soup. What a treat! BTW, thanks for visiting. Happy to have you here.

Nothing like a good laugh to start the day off right, Angeliki. And I know how you like to laugh. Thanks for the comments.

L2D2 9. November 2009, 17:38

Pam, you did aerobics then chased it with a beer in next door pub? Yes, I can see you were very seriously following a stringent fitness regime! hahahha

Chuck, it must be this English as a second language thing. Or do you have a CD rewinder and just don't want to fess up? :eyes:
Pumpkin, how many CDs have you managed to rewind so far? Just razzing. p:

As for s---ing that deer? OUCH! That must have been a wee bit painful when the antlers came through. muhahahahah

but
I consider it as a treat !

Dacotah 9. November 2009, 19:07

:D

L2D2 9. November 2009, 19:13

Thanks Angeliki. If my friends and other visitors enjoy my posts, then I feel I have done my job. One of these days I shall break down and do an original again, as I did with my zoo posts. Other people do it so well, though! I just steal from them. hahahah

Stomyr 9. November 2009, 21:07

xD

L2D2 9. November 2009, 21:26

Hi Stomyr! Welcome to my blog. I think this is the first time you've been here? BTW, what does that mean xD? Been meaning to ask.

Dacotah 9. November 2009, 21:42

It means a laugh with a big grin.

L2D2 9. November 2009, 21:47

Same as this? :D

Dacotah 9. November 2009, 23:02

Yes but laughing :D

L2D2 9. November 2009, 23:08

OK, a marriage of :D and  Got it!

Dacotah 10. November 2009, 00:17

 xD

L2D2 10. November 2009, 00:21

Good thing you're around to interpret for him. xD. Where'd he get that anyway?

originals are over rated! Your zoo post was a masterpiece not an original

OK
I hear you but after many originals I realized "the people demand less read, more laughter and more interaction! " well you do that here to perfection!

Dacotah 10. November 2009, 03:13

Linda :D
I don't know, that he will have to answer.

L2D2 10. November 2009, 03:22

Thanks Angeliki, I just feel that I need to switch gear occasionally so people won't think this is all I can do. I don't want to get stale.

Carol, OK, maybe I will if he comes back from Hungary! xD!
