Carol, I decided to post it anyway seeing as I have nothing better to do.

PainterWoman 18. November 2009, 02:27

 I think I'll switch to pecan pie this time.

Angeliki 18. November 2009, 02:32

:eyes: who knew!
so, that's how they make the pie...

Angeliki 18. November 2009, 02:34

have no fear Pam,
the book says Texas ... it is a "special" recipe p:

L2D2 18. November 2009, 02:38

Nah, Angeliki, they have one for each state and country. It was so silly I had to do it.

Kiran 18. November 2009, 02:38

If we think logically, plants breath, plants drink, we eat plants, we can't help being plant's flesh eating carnivores. What is curd? What is cheese? What is wine, beer etc? What causes fermentation?

Dacotah 18. November 2009, 02:41

L2D2 18. November 2009, 02:42

So you are saying that this IS how pumpkin pies are made? p: Thank you for the confirmation. :yikes:

PainterWoman 18. November 2009, 02:43

Or maybe dutch apple pie....ummmmm....with that crumbled topping.

L2D2 18. November 2009, 02:48

Oh, boy, browser is acting goofy tonight. Hanging up and proxy errors big time. Wouldn't let me delete your duplicate remark---says I don't have access.

L2D2 18. November 2009, 02:48

And now it has deleted it anyway, after giving me the no access page. Goofy thing.

ROFL   oh my! I do not know why I did not see it coming!

yes, you are too much to handle! + + and I can not imagine you any less :hat:

L2D2 18. November 2009, 02:53

You would probably be disappointed if you met me in person; however, I do keep my rehab classes laughing. And Melba, my therapist, says I am trouble. Which doesn't displease me at all. Rather they say that than , "boy, that's the dullest, most boring person I have ever met!" Life is too short.

PainterWoman 18. November 2009, 02:53

It is being goofy tonight but I was trying to delete it too. Maybe we confused it.

L2D2 18. November 2009, 02:56

Must have, Pam, I always delete duplicate remarks on my blog. It irritates me and I watch out for it. OCD a bit I guess, but I get really irritated on other people's blogs because I can't delete their duplicate comments.

L2D2 18. November 2009, 02:57

I think I have been around Carlos too long.

Angeliki 18. November 2009, 03:07

OCD here too... I always *delete* the dup's

"You would probably be disappointed if you met me in person"
NEVER!

Linda you make my life happier every day and here in the open I stand ,for all to see it and hear it, and I say to you " I love you girl!" "you are a special friend! "

and yes,
"Life is too short ".

L2D2 18. November 2009, 03:15

Thank you Angeliki. You are special to me, too. Every Greek inch of you is loved as a friend.

Kiran 18. November 2009, 03:18

Every Greek inch loved? *thinks naughty*

L2D2 18. November 2009, 03:21

Now what are you talking about Kiran?

Angeliki 18. November 2009, 03:25

and every Texan inch of you is loved as a friend

Kiran 18. November 2009, 03:26

 Kidding, Linda. Forget it.

Karen 18. November 2009, 03:37

 Reminds me of how soft-serve ice cream is made.

Phantom2 18. November 2009, 03:49

I'm a Pe-can Pie man myself!

Suntana 18. November 2009, 03:55

Sooooo, Peppermint, you want to delete duplicate Comments on other Blogs, do you?

You damn well have, Pumpkin! I am a good student, si?

P2, you are just embarrassed to admit that you love pumpkin pie----just didn't know before tonight how they were produced! See, I told you, it's my job to educate my Opera Community.

Darko 18. November 2009, 06:05

 This is even better/worse than that snowman making icecream :faint:

L2D2 18. November 2009, 06:14

 Do you like pumpkin pie, Dare?

Darko 18. November 2009, 06:18

Not now

L2D2 18. November 2009, 06:21

Ah, c'mon now. Big tough Serbian Swordsman shouldn't let a few details deter you from a great tasting pie! :D

L2D2 18. November 2009, 06:22

:sst: wonder how many of my friends will pass on the pumpkin pie this Thanksgiving and Christmas?

dirk 18. November 2009, 06:47

   ... I always thought it must have been made like this ... I'm glad that Thanksgiving is not such a big deal here in Germany

L2D2 18. November 2009, 06:50

Oh,shucks, Dirk. Have I put you off pumpkin pie, too?

BTW, where is Theresia. I have hardly seen her lately. Tell her I said hello.

dirk 18. November 2009, 12:08

 I will tell her ... of course, luckily I "see" her more than anyone else ... ... no, you didn't put me off pumpkin pie, nervetr was into it anyway p:

Mags 18. November 2009, 14:25

 By why does he look constipated??

Kiran 18. November 2009, 14:34

He seems to be overworking. Producing pie after pie that way and that too every minute is no joke.

Mags 18. November 2009, 14:37

 Is that something you can relate to, Kiren? p:

Kiran 18. November 2009, 14:48

The pumpkin must have diarrhea, to be that productive. Understood, Mags? p:

PainterWoman 18. November 2009, 15:51

Now I'm reeeeaaaalllly off pumpkin pie. :yuck:

Mags 18. November 2009, 16:09

In the 1990’s, he discovered that the scent of pumpkin pie spice in combination with lavender is one of the most arousing scents to men.

You wouldn't believe how many scented Pumpkin Pie Spice Candles and Lavender candles I burn in my house. Any man coming in here is a sure thing. muhahahaha!

ahahahahahahaha I just did pee a little in my pants laughing!

who knew?
*new business idea , pumpking perfume *

how gross that will smell! :yuck:

L2D2 19. November 2009, 03:22

Well, apparently it's the combined smell of lavender and pumpkin that does the trick, Angeliki! Might come up with a good combination there and be a hunk magnet.

L2D2 19. November 2009, 03:23

Of course it would have to be pumpkin mixed with spices, not raw pumpkin.

Stacey 19. November 2009, 03:26

Well Linda, we both make our pumpkin pies a little differently than you have shown us   But done "correctly" we both enjoy a pumpkin pie
I liked the ice cream maker too :jester: :jester: gives a new meaning to soft serve  :yuck:
