The Dominion of Locke

Seriously. EB Games has got to be one of the most incompetent game stores in the existence of... well, game stores. It specifically said on their website -- and I should've taken a screenshot [but no one knows the future, neh?] -- that Call of Duty 2 would ship on Tuesday, October 25th. It did not. I paid for 2nd-day air shipping. Today and tomorrow, I didn't/don't have school. I was hoping today, the second day after it should've shipped, I would be able to play it.

I suppose not.

Tomorrow there is a LAN party. One of which I may be reluctant to attend, as a direct result of me spending many too many hours playing Call of Duty 2. Which would be a direct result of me not getting bored with it today, which is the day I should've received it.

Annyway. I have F.E.A.R. to keep me occupied. Here's a nice screenshot of the little girl, Alma. She's pretty powerful. And much psychic. Hence the fire.

Wake up. It's 6:17. I make my way from my bed to my dresser in search of clothes for the new day ahead... result: generic shorts, gray BeAsYouAre shirt. Nice.

I take my newfoundclothes to the area where I shower. I shower. I dress.

To the kitchen, where I eat some cereal to keep me going for the day. 7:02.

Once the cereal is finished, I retreat to my room -- to my computer. I do not have socks on. I put socks on. 7:11.

Bewildered at my now-warm feet, I scan the nets for any useful information. News.. anything. Nothing.

Went to school. Had some bad news, some good. Came back home.

Bleh.
