Invisible Tribe

, , , ...

We are the invisible tribe.
We build our civilization with pride.
We never run. We never hide.
We build and build and when we're done
we all sit down and have some fun.

Welcome to our feast today,
we wont disappear while you stay,
but when our tribe grows even more
we will be invisible as before
until we find another place
to build more huts and show our face

Ted & Fred have a very nice home ....

, , , ...

Ted and Fred have a very nice home,
it's inside the hollow of an ancient tree.
They don't go far and would never roam
away from the river where they love to be.

They go for walks
to the village shop
where Old Mrs Owl
sells sugarjooss pop
and every tuesday,
at just after three,
they are both invited
for oaknut tea,
because she loves
them both you see.

Ted and Fred have a very nice home,
it's inside the hollow of an ancient tree.
They don't go far and would never roam
away from the river where they love to be.

suzy sparkle went out one day.....

, , , ...

suzy sparkle
went out one day
and saw the world
had turned all grey.
this isn't good,
she said, it's bad
and now the world
looks dull and sad.

out of her purse
she took a box
a tiny thing
that had no locks.
suzy lifted up the lid,
and something bright
that had been hid

fluttered and flew,
then quickly grew

into colors
bright and new

they dazzled out
of suzy's box,
the tiny thing
that had no locks.

they sparked
and splashed
in a huge flow

of brightest bright
in multi glow,

and all the world
was filled once more
with beautiful things
from sky to floor.

I have been to Dragonia...

, , , ...

I HAVE BEEN TO DRAGONIA,
SEEN SUCH MAGICAL THINGS,
SAW FAERIES IN A BEGONIA
WATCHED DRAGONS
WITH GOLD WINGS.
I HEARD A WIZARD SINGING
IN A VOICE THAT SOUNDED HIGH
AND FELT HIS POWER BEGINNING
AS HE RAISED STAFF TO THE SKY.
THE PURPLE PAINTED HEAVENS
HELD A PERFECT PEARLY MOON,
ALL ITS LIGHT SHONE DOWN ON ME
AS I BEGAN TO SWOON.
THEN I WAS NEAR A LITTLE HOUSE,
SILENT THERE IT STOOD,
UPON A HILL OF EMERALD
ABOVE DRAGONIA'S WOOD,
IT NESTLED BY A SINGLE TREE
OF PERFECT SYMMETRY,
THE MOON PEARLED DOWN
FROM PURPLE SKY
OVER THE GRASSY SEA
AND BY ITS EDGE
GREW AUREOLE CORN
GLISTERING NEAR ME.
I COULD NOT ENTER
IN THE HOUSE
ITS LITTLE DOOR WAS STAYED
PERHAPS BY SPELL,
I COULD NOT TELL,
FOR NEVER A SOUND WAS MADE.
I HAVE BEEN TO DRAGONIA,
SEEN SUCH MAGICAL THINGS,
SAW FAERIES IN A BEGONIA
WATCHED DRAGONS
WITH GOLD WINGS.
I HEARD A WIZARD SINGING
IN A VOICE THAT SOUNDED HIGH
AND FELT HIS POWER BEGINNING
AS HE RAISED STAFF TO THE SKY.

NEVERMORE'S BRIGHT BAY......

, , , ...

I STOOD UPON ITS BRILLIANT EDGE,
AND FELT A POWER PULLING ME.

I COULD NOT BREAK MY GAZE, AND LEANED
OVER A CEASELESS CIRCLED SEA.

A CHANGING CHYMING CYCLED SONG
BEGGED ME ENTER, BEGGED ME ON

TILL I WAS DRAWN INTO ITS CORE
SPIRALLING DOWN TO NEVERMORE.

HOW LONG I FELL I CANNOT SAY
NOR WHERE THE PATH, NOR HOW THE WAY,

DOWN INTO NEVERMORE'S BRIGHT BAY
ALONG THE SPIRAL'S SPINDLED SPLAY.

NO EYES HAD SEEN THE FALLING ME
INTO THE CEASELESS CIRCLING SEA

OR GLIMPSED THE BLAZING COLORS WHERE
THE SOUNDS OF SINGING FILLED THE AIR.

I WAS NOT RESCUED, WAS NOT FOUND,
NO ONE HAD HEARD THE SPIRAL'S SOUND.

Argent fire flashed down that night...

, , , ...

Argent fire flashed down that night,
scorching the trees in a blazing light.
The Moon hid her face in a shrouded masque
as the storm swept river rushed madly past.

The heavens were dark with a coal deep sky,
while rain and wind gave sorrowful sigh.
Each bird trembled in forest home
and lightning fell in a blazing foam.

None could tell if the fearsome sight
would last forever or last for a night,
or whether the day would raise up its head,
after these things lost strength and fled.

Argent fire flashed down that night,
scorching the trees in a blazing light.
The Moon hid her face in a shrouded masque
as the storm swept river rushed madly past.

DREAMSCAPE....

, , , ...

IN THE DREAMSCAPE
THAT I SAW
A DARKENED ROOM
SHOWED ME A DOOR

BUT IN THAT ROOM,
AS I TURNED ROUND
WERE OTHER DOORS,
SOME SQUARE,
SOME ROUND,

AND EVERY DOOR
CONTAINED A KEY,
SET IN ITS LOCK
AND SHOWN TO ME.

ON EACH DOOR
A MESSAGE SAID
"CHOOSE ONLY ME,
AND THUS BE LED.
CHOOSE ONLY ME"
THE MESSAGE SAID.

IN THE DREAMSCAPE
STILL I STAND,
IN DARKENED ROOM,
AND THERE AT HAND
INFINITY OF DOORS I SEE,
AND EACH ONE BECKONS
"FOLLOW ME".

IS, BEYOND A
SINGLE DOOR,
THE ONLY ANSWER
THERE IN STORE?

WAITING TO
ENLIGHTEN ME
IN DREAMSCAPE
OF INFINITY.

THE ROOM IS DARK
AND ALL I SEE
ARE COUNTLESS
DOORS WITH
LOCK AND KEY.

IF I COULD OPEN
EVERY DOOR,
PASS THROUGH
EACH ONE AND CHOOSE
ITS STORE
PERHAPS ALL ANSWERS
I WOULD KNOW

BUT I CANNOT,
FOR IT SEEMS HERE
THAT ONLY ONE CHOICE
COULD BE CLEAR
AND I MUST CHOOSE
THE DOOR FOR ME,

BUT WHICH OF THESE
THAT HERE I SEE?

Gary Gecko loves to sit...

, , , ...

Gary Gecko loves to sit
On walls in halls
And he can fit
His twisty form
In any place
Where sunlight shines
Upon his face

His colors glow
From tail to head
And Gary Gecko's
Friends all said

'We sit with him
Because it's true
His colors are
The brightest hue

And when he's
Stretched out
In the sun
He grins and murmurs
"This is fun!"'

His friends think Gary
Is so Kool
And always stay
Close to his wall.

Sometimes he'll do
A jumping prance
And this is
Gary's 'Gecko Dance',
To show that he
Can really prove
He's Gecko King
and in the groove.

Gary Gecko loves to sit
On walls in halls
And he can fit
His twisty form
In any place
Where sunlight shines
Upon his face.

Mat was a cat, Min was a mouse...

, , , ...

Mat was a cat,Min was a mouse.
They both lived together
in a grand old house.

It's very well known
that a cat and a mouse
aren't always friends
in many a house.

But Min loved Mat
and Mat loved Min.
They both ate dinner
from a pretty little bin.

It was porcelain glazed
with flowers painted round
and stayed near the sofa
by the rug on the ground.

Mat was a cat,Min was a mouse.
They played together
in the very old house.

They never argued,
that wouldn't be right,
they had met by the stairs
it was love at first sight.

Mat was a cat,Min was a mouse.
They both lived together
in a grand old house.
