The ligh† in †he end of †he †unnel

Is always there even if you can't see it

I was a teenager once

, ,

These are pictures I drew some 7 - 10 years ago when I liked to try myself in different arts - a period of life most of us have sooner or later. And just like most of us I didn't happen to become a great artist.
I came across these pictures recently and thought about how different I was back then, I remebered things I thought about when drawing them - things that used to matter.

And who was she? Did she matter or does she matter now?

No, it's an imaginary person. Still I think she mattered much because she resembles many of the girls I like

At 51 I wonder if we ever really stop searching for the Ideal Woman. I mean that both ways -- searching for an ideal within ourselves, and searching for someone to fit it. Not that we would know what to do if we found her... :D

I think as there's no ideal woman nor man you have to reject the whole idea some day. I mean in lots of cases ideals in our life lead to disapointment. But surely understanding that and stopping the search is way too different things - subconsiously or unconsiously it's always there
