清凉一夏之草莓奶酪

夏天到,满街的草莓红红火火.做甜品的欲望又被勾了起来.本着简单就是硬道理的精神,咱们就来折腾一下草莓乳酪.

看看材料：

新鲜牛奶 300ml

奶油(Schlagsahne) 200g

白砂糖 30克

香草糖一小包

吉利丁片(Gelatine) 2.5片

新鮮草莓 250g

做法如下：

1.將吉利丁泡冰水5分钟备用.

2.將新鲜牛奶、奶油、香草糖,砂糖,草莓(125g左右)用料理机搅拌打碎,然后加热至70度左右熄火,再加入吉列丁片快速搅拌至完全溶解,

3.材料放凉后装入模型或玻璃杯,再放入冰箱约5个小时.

4.待完全凝固后，即可装上新鮮切碎的剩余草莓和自己喜爱的装饰品.

白白嫩嫩的杏仁茶

突然很想念广州的一道甜品，杏仁茶。

雪白的杏仁茶洋溢着南杏仁的独特香气，滋养冬季干燥的肌肤，美白的同时还有独特的润肺作用哦！

要想在德国吃到中国南方的甜品美食，只有自己动手啦，看看这个简易而美味的方子：

材料（2 人用）

南杏仁100g、牛奶300ml、水100ml、冰糖适量

做法：

1. 洗净南杏仁，然后用清水浸泡最少4小时或过夜，弃水。

2. 把杏仁和水放入搅拌机搅磨成杏仁桨。

3. 用慢火煮滚杏汁，慢慢加入牛奶，再搅拌。

4. 下冰糖调味，再煮至糖溶便成。

5. 最后用隔渣袋隔渣取杏汁就完成了。

喝着暖暖的杏仁茶，这个午后好不惬意。

思乡

郁闷的心情似乎是这个冬天最好的写照,讨厌德国的冬天,满街都是寂寞的空荡荡,光秃秃的树枝满是颓废的影子.
踩着满地的黄叶,我的思绪满是国内热闹的光景,连往昔令人窒息的拥挤人群和喧闹也变得格外亲切起来.热腾腾
的蒸米糕,香喷喷的肉包,还有妈妈做的姜汁白斩鸡.今晚又是一个多梦的夜...

我家的阳台种植的大都是可食用的香草植物，可能与我喜爱烹饪和美食有关。我自己比较偏爱的香草植物有熏衣草，百里香，罗勒，鼠尾草，月桂等。因为他们既可以泡茶也可以用以烹饪，非常适合我这个浪漫主义兼实用主义，呵呵～

薰衣草

意大利香草罗勒面：

1.依人数计算分量。
2.水煮沸后转小火，加入少量盐。
3.将意大利面条放入。
4.面条沉入锅底后，稍稍搅动，避免面条黏在一起。
5.沸腾后开始计时，12分钟后立刻捞起，沥乾水分。
6.将面条拌入罗勒松子酱搅拌后即可食用。

罗勒酱松子酱的作法：
罗勒去梗留叶，加入橄榄油用果汁机打碎，再加入50克松子和50克帕马桑乳酪粉，用盐调味即成罗勒酱。若是一次做很多量，可以倒入密闭容器中(在表面倒上一层橄榄油，以隔离空气)，置入冰箱冷冻或冷藏。

调理花草茶

某些花草具有镇痛、驱寒、补血、通经的作用，常喝这些花草茶，能够缓解痛经、改善月经不调，对缓和情绪也有帮助呢！

　　材料：

新鲜迷迭香(6cm)2枝或干燥迷迭香1大匙、新鲜马郁兰(6cm)2枝或干燥马郁兰1大匙、新鲜或干燥鼠尾草叶2片、新鲜或干燥甜菊叶2片、干燥玫瑰花6朵、干燥金盏花1小匙

　　做法：

1.将所有香草洗净；干燥玫瑰花和干燥金盏花用热开水浸泡30秒再冲净。

2.将做法1的材料放进壶中，冲入500ml-600ml热开水。

3.浸泡约3分钟即可饮用；可以回冲两次，回冲时需浸泡5分钟。

瘦身花草茶

美肤花草茶：茉莉紫罗兰茶

材料：

干燥茉莉2小匙、干燥紫罗兰3-5朵

做法：

1.将所有干燥花用热开水浸泡30秒钟再冲净。

2.将做法1的材料放进壶中，冲入500ml-600热开水。

3.浸泡约3分钟即可饮用；可以回冲两次，回冲时需浸泡5分钟。

美白花草茶

美白茶方：洋甘菊芦荟冰茶

材料：

新鲜芦荟叶1片、新鲜洋甘菊10朵或干燥洋甘菊1大匙、蜂蜜30ml、冰块1杯

做法：

1.芦荟叶用刀划开，取出透明的叶肉部分，将叶肉切小丁备用。

2.将干燥洋甘菊洗净，用热开水冲一遍，再放入杯中，冲入100ml热开水，浸泡约1分钟。

3.将所有材料全部放入密封杯中摇晃数下至均匀即可。

Looking for my lost bicycle...

Who stolen my bicycle?

Someone stolen my bicycle on 5 April 2007 in Frankfurt a. M Germany during my German course. It's a really good bicycle, I am sad for lost it because they was a perfect pair bicycles with my husband's bicycle.

I blame the thief which was stolen my bicycle, they are seems professional thief cause they had cut my lock with very sharp edge tool.It's already on the police files now and I believe that the police will catch them one day.

The only I can do it now is post some pictures from my husband's bicycle becasue they are same, hope someone can help me to find it. Thank you in advance.

It's a mountain bicycle with brilliant green.

A Rose Story

A gentleman packing the car in front of the flower shop in order to buy a bundle of flower to send it to his mother.

Suddenly, he seen a little girl sitting on the street and crying.

'Hi baby, Why you are cry? '

'I want buy a rose to my mom but I don't have enough money.' The little girl said.

'Oh, I see...' Then the gentleman pulled the little girl's hands walking into the flower shop. He bought a bundle of flower for his mother first then bought a rose for the little girl. He suggested to her it would be better to drive her to home.
　　
' are you sure you want drive me home?'

'Sure'

'Please drive me to my mom's place but she was lives far away from here.

'well, I won't drive you if I know that advance.' He played a joke on her.

They through the downtown, follow going with a narrow path and stopped at the end of the drive. Actually it's a cemetery.

The little gilr put the rose on a new tomb for her mother.

After drive the little gilr go back to her home, the kindly gentleman return to the flower shop for cancel the flower with sending by commission way then changed to in person sending with a big bundle of flower.

The car is on the way to his mother's home even there are 5 hours car distance between them, He want send it in person and say 'I love you' to his mother.

As long as I didn't being touched for long time,but in this Easter, Tears come to my eyes just for a true story...

In a chinese ordinary family, the parents was getting older, they have a son in high school. This is a happy family even they don't have much money for life. but one day, The mother has a strong doubt with her husband due to he was always going out and get back home late recently, she thought maybe her husband has a lover in outside. There are something must be wrong in it...

She needs make sure what's happening with her husband so she talked this events to her son...What a surprise for him! He believe in his father is a good husband and a good father! He decide follow with his father for prove this is a wrong doubt from his mother!

But the son was slack-jawed when he follow with his father and saw his father totally naked standing in the schoolroom for the nude model, He was 65 years old!His son get shakeing and feel much shame with his father.

The son has told to his mother,his mother was very angry and falling-out with her husband very very loud...next day, the whole area of living community all know this events, and it's changed by mouth and mouth, 'her husband sell the old body to the people even he is so old, if i were his wife, i will cover my face...'all the big mouth said that...

His wife and his son was so angry,They are all feel lost the face by this events, especially his son, he talked to his father,he hate him and he want leave home and don't want come back. The father very sad but peaceful, he didn't say anything just keep going to do this job never stop it...

The son was moving out and never come back see his father for 2 years until the called from his mother one day:

'your father getting sick,very bad,you should come back for see him'. His mother said.
'No, I don't want come to see him anymore!' But the son never forgive his father.
'ok, if you won't come back, i am not your mother anymore!' His mother was so angry and sad.

The son still loves his mother so he decide come to see his father for her mother, the old father was waitting so long for his son...when he holding his son's hands, he died...

After that, his wife and his son find a letter is for them:

'My dearest wife and my son,

I am so sorry for my passing life was ever bother both of you, But you must should being know how much I love you!

I am getting cancer before 2 years ago, you are so precious for my life. I can not imagine my wife and my son without me and living in sad and without money! I want do something for my family before I died. So I found some newpaper looking for a job, you know I am old man, there is hard for me to do the work. But I was wonder the art university is looking for a old naked model also it's very good pay for it! How luck for me! I got this job! I have worked for 2 years with this job and save all the money for my love, This is the only things I can do it for my family.

Don't be sad for me, I love both of you forever even I was gone...'

The room was so quite, only the tears coming out from his wife and his son...
