Opera Watch 2.0 is ready to go!

Two days ago, Opera Watch 2.0 was announced, which will retain Daniel Goldman as an Opera blogger. The big news, however, is that he'll be joined by a brand new team of Opera Watch bloggers, most of whom are very active on My Opera and Choose Opera. These guys really know Opera well, and they're not afraid to share their opinions (positive and negative). I really look forward to following the new direction of Opera Watch, and who knows, maybe they'll be nice and let me contribute something now and then

Thanks, Daniel

I just wanted to offer my best wishes to Daniel Goldman, who has decided to move on from Opera to pursue new opportunities. Opera Watch certainly won't be the same, but I hope it will continue on in one form or another. I've always enjoyed working with Daniel because, like myself, he was an active Opera fan even before joining the company.

I hope he'll be an active member of the My Opera community that he helped to build up, and where he'll always be welcome.

Learning Opera

In December, Daniel Goldman of Opera Watch started a new blog feature called "Ask Opera" where readers of his blog posted questions, Opera employees would answer, and Daniel would post their responses. Daniel forwarded one of those questions to me, I wrote up a response, and it was posted yesterday. Check it out here: How to help users discover new features in the Opera browser?

I think my article is the first published response in the series. In any case, I'm grateful to Daniel for giving me the chance to share some of my observations and thoughts. Readers have already left some really insightful comments and useful suggestions.
