The return of Opera-tan
Monday, November 20, 2006 8:12:31 PM
Last Tuesday, I received a really nice email from ma31 (aka temp_h), the creator of Opera-tan. On his blog, he posted a new Opera-tan image (as a present to me for having joined Opera). Here is a link to his blog post where you can download the image: http://my.opera.com/ma31/blog/2006/11/13/sorry-for-being-lateHis work keeps getting better and better
Thanks, ma31! I have so much work to do these days, but stuff like this (and Opera fan enthusiasm in general) keeps me smiling.
...now, will someone illustrate Opera-tan's little sister, Operetta (aka Opera Mini)?

Some of you may know that my wife, Carol (@raphaela235 on Twitter) is a style blogger. Since early last year, I've been helping Carol with her blog (In Pursuit of Pretty Things), and she's really turned into a real blogger. Sure, I blog for work, but in terms of keeping up a personal blog, ...

I was reading Danah Boyd's response to the Google+ real-name enforcement policy. I was going to put out a tweet or two, but it turned into something more than a couple of 140 character comments; you'll notice my statements getting longer and longer... So here are my thoughts on the matter: I a ...

Pursuing new challenges
This post is just an update on what I've been up to: First of all, I'm happy to report that I found a new full-time job! In May 2011, two months after my previous post, I started as the Online Community Manager for ServiceNow, a small but rapidly growing company here in San Diego. To quote our ...

In April 2010, I shifted from a full-time role at Opera to a part-time role (as an independent contractor/consultant), focu ...
