Tuổi già cần vận động và sống lạc quan yêu đời, mới sống lâu và hạnh phúc được. Chúng tôi học khiêu vủ nhiều năm từ năm 60 tuổi đến nay, để giải trí và giử gìn sức khoẻ lúc tuổi già.
Khiêu vủ đem lại nhiều phút giây say đắm, hạnh phúc tuyệt vời. Các bạn có xem phim “Shall we dance?” chưa? Tâm trạng cũa tôi giống tâm trạng nhân vật trong phim nầy.., giống phần nào.
“Cha Cha is a rhythmical Latin dance which originated in the 1940's as a modified form of Mambo. It's fun, energetic, sexy and flirtatious, easily distinguished from other dances by its addictive "Step, Step, Cha Cha Cha" rhythm.”

Chúng tôi học môn nầy với nhiều Thầy Cô khác nhau. Tuy nhiên “coach” cũa vợ chồng tôi các môn nhảy Latin (bao gồm Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba, Jive và Paso Doble) là Tatiana Loghishev, cựu vô địch Hoa Kỳ môn Latin, hạng Rising Star. Cô là partner củ của Tony Duvolani, rất nổi tiếng vì đả tham gia chương trình Dancing with the Stars, trên đài ABC.
