hi ; thanks for this good program ;
would you please add the ability to "download from sites like rapidshare[button downloading] without marking the option [full integration with opera]" ?
I dont want to full integrate oget with opera , becoz most of the time I want to download with opera but for some links like rapidshare I want to transfer them to my download manager and now I cant do it with oget v2.5.6 (even with holding down Ctrl key while clicking on download button ) ;

thx for your attention
nexaen

A.RuzanovLex1 Thursday, October 4, 2007 10:58:56 AM

Disable "Full integration with opera". Rename \profile\userjs\oget.xx in oget.js.

NeXaen Thursday, October 4, 2007 12:33:11 PM

thx lex1 ;
hope you fix it in the next version ;

A.RuzanovLex1 Thursday, October 4, 2007 5:12:37 PM

It's not bug. If you need Ctrl+Click (for download with rapidshare, etc), use oget.js

NeXaen Thursday, October 4, 2007 5:31:12 PM

so what about an option in the main window to set it ? ( I think there are other users like me who need to know this )

-or a description about it in the "readme-eng.html" ?

thanks

A.RuzanovLex1 Friday, October 5, 2007 5:41:58 AM

or a description

I added it:
«Q: How download from sites like rapidshare without marking the option "Full integration with opera" ?
A: Enable and disable "Full integration with opera". Rename \profile\userjs\oget.xx in oget.js. Use Ctrl+Click.»

NeXaen Saturday, October 20, 2007 3:44:58 PM

ok ; thx ;

NeXaen Friday, November 2, 2007 6:37:12 PM

dear lex1
oget 2.5.6 doesnt work with the link below when I hold down "Ctrl" and press download , though its not integrated with Opera :
http://en.ineer.net/download.php?f=L00vTWFzc2FyaS9NYXNzYXJpIGZ0IExvb24gLSBTbWlsZSBGb3IgTWUubXAz

is there any way to support these kind of URLs without marking "Full integrataion with Opera" ?

thx

Since now (v0.6.0) wxDownload Fast (wxDFast) support portable version, can you add support for it in custom download manager part? Since if i just point it to wxDFast.exe it won't catch the reference url...

A.RuzanovLex1 Wednesday, January 2, 2008 9:45:57 PM

nukie
Use "Custom Download Manager" and
D:\Program Files\wxDownload Fast\wxDFast.exe [url] --reference=[referrer] --comments=[description]
or
..\..\wxDownload Fast\wxDFast.exe [url] --reference=[referrer] --comments=[description]

There is no way. However, good download managers it's not there, so that it's a not large problem.

Why Avast 3.8 detect a trojan on it?

Because free antiviruses are given by a lot of the errors.

Works for me, without any problem. If you ignore readme and did not create custom menu, you need do reinstall oget.

Anonymous writes: A couple of things I've noticed: First of all, it seems like oGet doesn't work properly (you can't use Download Selection nor Download All options), but this is only a minor nuisance as it works just fine if you either disable the frame or type the URL of that particular frame with the links you want to download with oGet. Secondly, oGet skips images in selections or when you choose to download everything. It recognises stuff that's linked to with an image and downloads that, but it won't download the image itself. Also, if there's a website with tons of images just sitting there on their own, oGet can't be used to download them all without the hasle of having to download all of them one by one. Otherwise, I've been very satisfied with oGet. Keep up the good work!

properly with websites that have frame

Yes, it will fixed (for most sites) in next bild.

oGet skips images

Yes, but it not bug, it feature. Use http://userjs.org/scripts/general/enhancements/extra-download-links

Reget 5.2.330 can't detected by oget, I tried add as custom manager but it do not work. Any solution?

A.RuzanovLex1 Sunday, November 9, 2008 6:40:45 PM

rtfm:
«Q: My Reget 5 does not work properly. Any clues on what may cause the problem?
A: Make sure that while the process of installation an integration into IE was enabled.
Turn on/off the integration into the very programme of ReGet.
If it doesn't work out, then try the following algorithm: Start-Run- regsvr32 "%COMMONPROGRAMFILES%\ReGet Shared\Catcher.dll"
If even this doesn't work out, you'd better to reinstall ReGet.»
