CompTIA Tech Career Compass Unveils New Look and Improved Navigation; Competency Model Clearinghouse Now Includes 126 Resources

The Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) has announced its Tech Career Compass, an online resource for careers in technology, has received an updated look and is now easier to navigate. [*1]

The CompTIA 'Tech Career Compass' (TCC) promotes and provides tools for skills development and career advancement. Information technology (IT) professionals, employers, educators, advisors and curriculum developers use the TCC as a resource for research, recommendations and consulting regarding IT career choices.

The Employment and Training Administration's Competency Model Clearinghouse now includes a total of 126 resources that list, describe, or are based on Information Technology competencies, such as curriculum, assessment instruments, skill standards, apprenticeship work process schedules, and certification requirements.
