A Little Fine Art by Pencil and Lamplight

So I was sitting out in the backyard tonight, having a Clove, and I had at hand a white carbord box and a sharpened No. 2 pencil... so I started doodling...

I think it turned out pretty well (if I may say so myself), considering:
a) I wasn't working from a model (print or otherwise),
b) I haven't drawn anything for a while, and
c) I was working almost in the dark (just the backyard lamp).

As further context:

Ever wonder why they have nude models in drawing class? Or why the old masters draw so many nudes? It's because to draw or paint people (in action) realistically, you have to work out how to draw the person first -- then, once you have the mass and position of the body down, you can draw or paint any clothing you want over the form you've created.
