ticTOC Updates Scientists With The Latest Table Of Contents For 11 000 Journals

In the middle of December, NewsBreaks blog from Information Today wrote about a new scholarly journal service, called ticTOCs.
ticTOCs provides access to the most recent tables of contents of more than 11,000 scholarly journals.
You can view the latest TOC(tables of contents)for each journal. You can export an individual TOC RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feed to popular feed readers. You can link to the full text of hundreds of thousands of journal articles (where institutional or personal subscription, or Open Access, allows). You can export citations to RefWorks.
To see what else ticTOCs is able to do, go to the help menu. A consortia of libraries, publishers and database vendors like the University of Liverpool Library (lead), Heriot-Watt University, CrossRef, ProQuest, Emerald, RefWorks, SAGE Publishers, DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals), Open J-Gate, and Intute shaped the new service.

It is always a pleasure to have the editor of Internet Resources Newsletter <http://www.hw.ac.uk/libWWW/irn/irn.html> on Library Blog Buzz. ticToc is very practical and intuitive for research and I am sure of its continuing success.
Thanks
